• When picking a baby shower date, there is a couple things to consider. 
• When is mom-to-be due? 
• Will it be too hot to do one outside, or too cold? 
• How much time do you need to tell guests ahead to make sure they can make arrangements to be there? 
• Will the venue be available on this date?

Guest List

• Get a baby shower planner or notebook to keep a list of guests.
• If the baby shower is not a surprise ask the mom-to-be if there are any guests that you might not know that she might like invited, for example family or co-workers. If the baby shower is a surprise, then ask anyone who is good friends or a family member of the mom-to-be to help you.
• Figure out how many guests are coming and keep a list to keep track of RSVPs.
